Memory and Brain Health | Community Health Lecture Series

Whether you're a caregiver, family member, or simply interested in learning more, you're invited to a special lecture focused on understanding dementia.

This lecture will cover the risk factors and stages of cognitive decline, the 10 early warning signs of dementia, common types of dementia, and healthy brain habits. We’ll also highlight trusted resources to support both those living with dementia and their caregivers.
